mileys sweet 16 wasnt until november, but miley had a earl bday party with friends,disney stars,and fans. they closed disneyland and fans paid a fee of $250 each! but the money went to a care center for kids with cancer. for her b-day she got a little puppy-sofie. she did a concert then got on a boat and sang all the way around disney land. after everybody left she and her family had disneyland to themselves!(that party probally costed MILLIONS) .
